Trioworld
Trioworld Harlingen is a company that primarily produces flexible packaging material for the food industry. At the Trioworld location in Harlingen, we print, laminate, and slit the film. The rolls are produced horizontally and are stacked vertically on a pallet using a Dotec LiftAssist.
We bought our first Dotec LiftAssist in 2000 for our Kampf conslit. There were some small problems with the purchase of the first handler, but Dotec resolved these well. We now have a total of 8 Dotec LiftAssists. The rolls we handle weigh between 40 and 80 KG, which are too heavy to lift manually. On average, a roll comes out of our machine every 4 minutes. For this, we looked for a lift assist that is not too bulky for the work and is easy to operate.
During the selection process for choosing a lift assist, we wanted to purchase a lift assist as light as possible that can still handle the entire range of products from the respective machine. We found the price of a LiftAssist high at first, but what tipped the scales for us to purchase is the ease of operation, the service, and the lifespan of the Dotec LiftAssist. What we also appreciate very much is the quick response time in case of malfunctions. Our cooperation has always been well with feedback back and forth, which has contributed to improvements in the LiftAssists.
